The story is centered around two assassins; Sawa and Oburi. Sawa takes more of the starring role, while Oburi is a secondary character. They are young orphans who work under the same contractor. They never met eye to eye, until a mission brings them together, and curiosity sparks.
The plot of the narrative deals with pedophiles that infest a city, especially those in the celebrity circle. These assassins are out to cleanup the cesspool.
There is violent action, along with lighter humane developments that balance things out. You get a feel for characters, and that gives the action parts weight behind them. The atmosphere is rich for both light and dark segments throughout the episode.
This episode is story plays out very uniquely, builds up extremely well, and is entertaining throughout it all.
This topic is controversial for the context of this hentai. It’s unclear if the sex is there for arousal purposes, as it can be looked at as pedophilia in certain territories.
These two scenes are only present in the uncut version, which turns this into a hentai. I will say this much; they did a good job with animations during the sections.
My scoring of this category will be based on the quality; objectively on its artistical showcase, not arousal because of the controversial factors.
Everything in the sound department is absolute perfection. All of the voices in the english dub are executed to match everyone and have great acting behind them.
The music is jazzy and gloomy at times, and soothing with beautiful piano scores at other times.
I could not imagine them doing a better job than what is present.
The first episode of Kite will make you feel many different ways, but that’s by intent. It puts humane elements in the darkest places, and the bright ones. You will care for these characters that have scary backgrounds. Being able to pull that off as a story, is brilliance.
